The other night in taekwondo we did group pushups at the end of class. It was definitely an interesting experience. The team work is somewhat there…in the fact you are all going through the same pain at the same time. We did it in a staircase formation, differing from how apparently the army does it. Being tall I got the 3rd from the top which meant to me, get up as fast as you can! The ends have the weight the worse as it trickles down. Two days later and my stomach is still sore from them.
